Just a little bit about the legalities and the boring formalities that always seem to accompany any online-based entity but we need to cover our interests so please take some time to read through the terms and conditions outlining the rules and regulations for the use of our website “natulux.co.za” and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, we advise you not use this website or purchase any of our products.

“We”, “Us”, “Our”, refer to the owner(s) of this website. “You”, “Your”, “User” refer to the users or viewers of our website and our customers. “Products” refer to the goods offered for sale on our website.

Online Store Terms (important)
We are the sole and official distributors of the NATULUX brand which is not manufactured or produced in South Africa. Any communication, complaints, inquiries, complements must and will be conducted solely with Us (NATULUX SA). You are not authorized under any circumstances to establish contact with the official Manufacturer (NATULUX) that could potentially give rise to conflict of interest with Our Wholesalers.
Please NOTE that it is unlawful to copy or to re-produce any product in our catalogue or to use its Name for any other purpose other than consumption. A breach or violation of any of the Terms set out in this section and entire document will result in an immediate termination of our Services to you and may potentially result in consequent legal action taken against you.

Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice however, we aim not to disappoint and will not do this deliberately. Prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments
All payments are processed securely through a highly-trusted secure payment gateway provider and we do not store credit card information.

Shipping and Delivery (important)

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days upon receipt and confirmation of payment. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. This Store caters for the South African public only however, please feel free to contact us prior to placing an order if you are shopping outside the borders of our country. We are also not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to your order.

Returns Policy:
All products purchased through this Website are covered by our 7-day guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please let us know and return the unopened product(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will refund your payment. Return arrangement and shipping costs will be unfortunately at your expense. Any faulty or damaged goods inflicted due to improper handling or during transit will
be subject to scrutiny with our carrier. We will replace your order or refund accordingly however; we ensure that all products are packed and secured with the utmost care and inspected prior to collection by our carrier. For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been tampered with or used.

Order Cancellation:
Subject to your South African statutory Consumer protection act; we are only able to cancel and refund orders which have been returned to us in a resalable condition. In some cases, an order can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. If you realize you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at sales@natulux.co.za with your cancellation request and we will stop any further processing of your order. We will generally refund to the original payment method used to place the order and provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the goods within 7 days. Please note, we reserve the right to await receipt of the returned goods, before issuing your refund.

Faulty, Damaged, Unsatisfactory Quality or Incorrect Item Received: As mentioned, and in addition to the “Order Cancellation” section, we will always do our best to ensure that your products arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur, or items are damaged during transit. Please check your product on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible. The sooner we are notified the easier and quicker it will be to resolve the issue for you.

Where products received are of poor quality, incorrect, faulty or damaged, the following applies: Within 7 days after receipt of the returned goods, we will offer you a full refund, including any shipping that you have paid or if you prefer and provided the product is still available, a replacement will be re-sent to you.

We will keep it on a secure server, and we will fully comply with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation in place. You should be aware that this site is being monitored and may capture information about your visit that will help us improve the quality of our service. We will not share or disclose your personal information by any means except and only in the event where we are subpoenaed and summoned by a legal authority of South Africa to do so. We confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the laws as set out by the Consumer and Protection of Personal Information Acts of South Africa.

Security and Privacy:
NATULUX SA respects your privacy and only collects the information necessary to facilitate the delivery of our products to our customers. All information is kept confidential and secured. We may periodically send emails to our customers informing them of noteworthy and only important updates to our services but we will refrain from unnecessary spamming your mailbox. Our Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers. We collect Contact and Delivery information (e.g. name, billing address, delivery address and email address) The Customer’s Contact and Delivery information is used to get in touch with the Customer when necessary and to supply products as
ordered. For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by Peach Payments which means that we don’t hold records of your credit card details. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. This Website utilizes cookies to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide personalized features.

Health and Safety:
All featured products on our website contain natural based oils and organic substances and may contain traces of nuts or any other unknown substances that may cause skin allergies or undesired effects. Please stop using the suspect product immediately if you notice any inconsistencies or abnormal and undesirable effects. The purchase and use of these products are at your own risk. We advise you to please initially apply with care and with small amounts to other areas of your skin first to test. NATULUX SA will not be held responsible for any undesired effects caused by our products e.g. rashes and allergic reactions that may result in the need or medical attention. Please do not eat or drink any products and keep out of reach of children and animals. We will not take any responsibility for any undesired and unforeseen conditions arising due to negligence.
